I checked with Jessica in ITsupport to see if encompass would support this many borrowers & she said it would support 6 brrw pairs - basically only six 1003's so it sounds like even if all 5 brrws were single individuals you would be ok.  If any are non-occupants they would need to meet the programs non-occupant co-brrw guidelines.

We are not aware of any maximum implied by either agency; however, not sure how many encompass will allow.  How many borrowers are you looking at?
