That is correct, they must complete through Framework education since no counseling was completed prior to execution of the contract.
Original question:
Working ahead on this loan .This is a first time homebuyer . HHM Home ready product, with OHFA dpa. Just need to confirm that since they are already in contract , their ONLY option is to do the FTHB class through Framework. Don't want them to pay the $75 unless it is absolutely the only class allowed for this specific product.
