Hello Chris Hauber,

 

I confirmed with Kaye that as long as you run DU as Homeready & receive a PIW finding it will be acceptable; however, Chase will not allow for a PIW on purchase so could not go to Chase.

 

Original question:

HomeReady does not have any restrictions on PIW's as long as DU says we can waive Appraisal, correct?
