Properties served by cisterns are not acceptable.

Original Question:

I have a client looking a property that has a cistern as the water supply.  Client is wanting to do a USDA loan for this property.  Is there any issue with the property having a cistern as the water supply?  If it is an ok water source are there any specifics with it we need to watch out for?
