Modular & manufactured are treated differently.  We do not have a VA manufactured home product so you would need to submit for an exception if it turns out to be manufactured home.

Original question:
Just want to confirm we are ok to do a modular or manufactured home with VA as long as the home is fixated to the foundation and other guidelines are met. This is a new build in the mountains of Colorado, so I am assuming all necessary codes will be met. Thanks!
