FHA: Is a septic test required for all homes that have a septic system and or well on the property from the appraiser?

Just need know if I need to add a septic system test or well inspection to a appraisal order, and if it is required under FHA guideines.
Hello Brock Walker,
Septic/well inspections are only required if the appraiser notes issues with the systems, cannot determine distances or specifically calls for the inspections.
