All property inspections are valid for 90 days. I will make this an article in the helpdesk knowledge base.
Original question:
Can you please confirm the expiration dates of water tests per loan type ? or do they all expire at 90 days
Also the requirements on a water test per VA FHA Conventional and USDA or advise me on where to locate this information
